Rehoming a Greyhound from SGS
Our re-homing process is simple, you'll be asked to fill in a short application form then one of our volunteers will come to you and carry out a home check. On completion of a successful home check SGS will find a suitable dog for you. We'll then arrange for you to meet the dog and from there you decide if you think he/she is the right one for you! At SGS all our dogs are fully assessed prior to rehoming, this is why we ask you to fill in a form and go through a home check, so we can choose the right dog for your own environment.
SGS asks for a minimum donation, when adopting a dog, of £85. We receive no public funding so this donation is very important to us so we can continue to re-home as many Greyhounds as possible.
